History of Firm

Charles G. Stiene is the proud principal and President of Stiene & Associates, P.C. with an established reputation and over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Mr. Stiene began his career with the prestigious firm of Buckley, Kremer, O’Reilly, Pieper, Hoban & Marsh in 1986. In 1987 he joined a successor firm, O’Reilly & Marsh, P.C. and subsequently opened his own private practice in 1991.

The firm is engaged in the general practice of law in the State of New York, with an emphasis on real estate, banking, creditor’s rights, litigation, corporate law, and estate planning including wills, trusts, and estate administration. The firm’s clients include banks, loan servicing companies, private lenders, real estate companies, corporations as well as private individuals.

The firm has extensive experience representing clients in financing of residential, commercial and multi-family properties in various types of loan transactions including acquisition, development, construction, and multi-state financing as well as in foreclosure litigation involving residential, commercial and multi-family properties.
